Sharjah Police take 350 cars

More than 350 cars have been impounded by Sharjah Police as part of a campaign to curb reckless driving.

Most of the drivers fined were aged between 18 and 24, and had their cars impounded for causing disturbances in neighbourhoods and on the emirate’s roads.

“We were able to crack down on the activities and apprehend the violators,” said Brig Ali Al Khayal, director of central operations for Sharjah Police.
