Brigadier General Khamis Ishaq, director of the Traffic and Patrols Directorate at Abu Dhabi Police, said 13 of those injured were severely hurt while 26 sustained medium injuries and 40 suffered mild injuries.
The highest number of accidents happened during May, when 65 accidents were reported, leading to four deaths, nine severe injuries, 19 medium injuries and 33 mild injuries.
