Congestion was reported in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday morning following a road accident.
Abu Dhabi’s Department of Transport said an accident took place near Saada Bridge outbound at 6.55am, leaving the left lane blocked and causing traffic delays.
By 7.05am, the Saada Bridge had been cleared but traffic remained backed up to the Sea Palace.
Meanwhile, Dubai Police warned of heavy congestion on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, saying that a lorry was stalled after the Al Nahda Bridge towards Jebel Ali.
