DUBAI // Dubai International Airport welcomed more than 600,000 travellers over three days in its busiest weekend in history, its operator has said.

A total of 638,317 passengers came through the airport’s three terminals from December 18-20, Dubai Airports said.

December 20 had the most traffic overall, with 216,807 passengers. The airport has 160,000 travellers on a typical day.
