DUBAI // A ferry is being provided to allow the public to watch the Dhow Sailing Race from alongside the action in the Arabian Gulf.
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is offering tickets to those interested in watching the race, which is also known as Al Gaffal, on May 13 in the waters around the Burj Al Arab.
It is the fourth year in a row the dhow race, which aims to revive traditional sailboating, is taking place.
People interested in watching the event live aboard the Dubai Ferry can buy tickets by calling 0502182767 or 05062190276.
