Juan Vicen, co-founder of Zeleros, says the company will be ready with a prototype Hyperloop to transport cargo in a Spanish port next year.
The company is also working on passenger pods that will carry between 50 to 200 passengers.
Founded in 2016, the team behind Zeleros hope that Expo's projected 25 million visitors will get a glimpse of what it has to offer. The demonstration model will be on display in the Spanish pavilion for six months.
The technology to test with passengers will be ready by 2027.
