DUBAI// Two managers and their business partner are accused of embezzling more than Dh25 million from a company, the Dubai Court of Misdemeanours heard.
Indian AM, 58, is charged with embezzling Dh25,172 million from an electromechanical company.
DP, 50, from India, and NF, 45, from the UK, are both charged with aiding and abetting AM who worked as a manager for the company.
The three men did not appear in court to enter pleas.
The next hearing will be on December 13.
