Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, on Monday laid the foundation stone for what will become one of the world’s tallest towers.
The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour will be a structure that will define Expo 2020 as the Eiffel Tower defined Paris for its 1889 World Fair.
