ABU DHABI // Sheikh Saud bin Saqr, the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, performed funeral prayers today for Khalid Asad Mohammed Al Awadhi, former secretary of the Ruler’s office, who died on Friday.
The prayers at Al Souq Mosque were attended by scores of mourners, said the state news agency, Wam.
