A Nigerian man pretending online to be a Palestinian woman with US$11 million (Dh40.4m) in the bank tricked a Jordanian man into paying $5,730, Abu Dhabi Criminal Court heard yesterday.
The victim said he became suspicious when asked for an extra $26,000. The case was adjourned.

There are numerous success stories of teen businesses that were created in college dorm rooms and other modest circumstances. Below are some of the most recognisable names in the industry:
- Facebook: Mark Zuckerberg and his friends started Facebook when he was a 19-year-old Harvard undergraduate.
