ABU DHABI // A man was arrested in Al Ain for allegedly trying to sell 28 kilograms of hashish.
Abu Dhabi Police said the man, 31, from a Gulf country, was caught after he picked up the drugs from a farm in Al Ain.
Police said they received a report that a drug dealer was planning to receive a hashish delivery.
Lt Col Taher Al Dhaheri said police had been monitoring the man’s home and places he visited.
He was arrested when he returned home from picking up the drugs, which were found in his vehicle.
