Khalifa foundation sends medical aid to Lebanese hospital

ABU DHABI // Medicines and supplies have been provided to a hospital in Tripoli by the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, in co-operation with the UAE Embassy in Beirut.

The supplies were provided to the Dar Al-Shifa hospital in the northern Lebanese city that cares for Lebanese and Syrian patients, according to the Wam news agency.

An official at the Khalifa Foundation told Wam that the fresh medical assistance to Lebanon falls under the directive of the President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and the Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
