A police helicopter swooped to the rescue after three people were injured when their vehicle overturned in the Abu Dhabi desert.
The Air Wing operation swung into action after Abu Dhabi Police were alerted to the accident involving a Jeep in Madinat Zayed.
The stricken trio were taken to Madinat Zayed Hospital.
The driver suffered moderate injuries, while the two passengers were more severely injured.
The police's air team carries out a wide variety of operations, including search and rescue missions and road monitoring tasks.
