Heavy trucks banned from Abu Dhabi's Arabian Gulf Road on Sunday

Heavy trucks are banned from the Arabian Gulf Road between 5am and 6pm on Sunday for the opening of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference.

Brig Khalifa Mohammed Al Khaili, director of traffic and patrols at Abu Dhabi Police's Central Operations Department, said that between 10:30am to 12:30pm traffic on the road will be partially closed in both directions and diverted to alternative routes through Maqta Bridge and Sheikh Zayed Bridge.
