A group of schoolchildren and their parents has participated in the nationwide Healthy Children 2021 campaign by going on a walk through a park.
The group was joined on their walk through Al Majaz Park in Sharjah this week by government officials.
The campaign, which was launched in January and will end in April, aims to encourage sports groups and families to take up group walking in parks and other selected areas.
As part of the campaign, health information has been distributed at various places around the country to encourage people to exercise every day.
