Flash Entertainment and national health insurer Daman are jointly offering free fitness classes to Abu Dhabi residents as part of their ActiveLife initiative.
The Get Driver Fit programme focuses on the muscle groups, skills and techniques that the world’s top racing drivers use.
The classes are held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm and every Saturday at 7.00am at Hiltonia Health Club & Spa.
