Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has been in Moscow for talks with the Russian president, Vladimir Putin.
Yesterday the two leaders discussed enhancing cooperation and dialogue between Russia and the GCC, and the importance of economic and investment ties.
Speaking about the latest developments in the region, Sheikh Mohammed said: “The region is experiencing a critical situation that requires concerted regional and international efforts to restore peace and stability,” Wam, the state news agency, reported.
Sheikh Mohammed also told Mr Putin that Sheikh Khalifa, the President, was “keen on building a stronger cooperation, scientific, economic, trade and investment partnership”.
