ABU DHABI //Sir Jerry Mateparae, governor-general of New Zealand, has received credentials of Khalifa Saif Ahmad Humaid Al Mazrouei, UAE Ambassador to New Zealand.
Mr Al Mazrouei conveyed the greetings of the President Sheikh Khalifa and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to the governor-general, state news agency WAM reported on Thursday.
The ambassador stressed keenness of the UAE’s leadership and government to strengthen the co-operation between the UAE and New Zealand.
For his part, the Governor-General of New Zealand conveyed his greetings to Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid and Emiratis, and wished the ambassador good luck in his mission.
