Sign language customer service for the hard of hearing

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced that it is to provide live video connections to people with special needs to allow them to make inquiries about ministry services using sign language.

The service was created in cooperation with the Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care, which will provide a trained staff member to communicate with customers with hearing disabilities.

Customer service staff will later be trained on sign language communication
