ABU DHABI // The UAE is a unique model that unites hearts and minds through its approach based on openness, tolerance and coexistence, tweeted Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed on International Day for Tolerance on Wednesday.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces also said via Twitter that, on this day, “we must remember the humanitarian legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed, which is still developing and growing to lead all our plans and initiatives”.
He also said that the UAE has used multiculturalism and diversity to its advantage, to continue to grow and prosper.
Sheikh Mohammed said that the UAE would continue to be a loving country, because this “represents its value and approach charted by the Founding Fathers and its cultural heritage, which we are continuing with you”.
“As the message of my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, reached the heart of every lover of the UAE, including his sublime meanings and values, it deepens the national vision of tolerance and enriches it,” Sheikh Mohammed said.
