  • The UAE has participated in the 20th Association of National Olympic Committees’ General Assembly, hosted by the United States’ capital of Washington. The UAE delegation was chaired by Major General Dr Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, member of the executive committee of the UAE National Olympic Committee. The event drew participation of more than 1,000 athletes and sportsmen from 206 national Olympic committees and sports organisations.

  • The Emirates Policy Centre and Scowcroft Centre on International Security at the Atlantic Council have established a partnership in the fields of research, studies, exchange of experiences and capacity building.
