Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid inaugurates development projects - in pictures
The mixed-use Creek Heights Residences is a development of two towers of five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel and luxury furnished apartments, developed by Wasl Asset Management Group.
Accompanied by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed and Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid toured the hotel and its suites, halls and rooms, and viewed the world-class recreational, tourist and sports facilities.
Afterwards, Sheikh Mohammed launched three other development projects: Zabeel Park 1, a mixed-use complex on Zabeel park comprising hotels, residential and office buildings, cafes and restaurants, recreational facilities and retail shops along with the first year-round snow fountain and a fountain for entertainment.
The project will be fitted with the latest lighting technologies, reflecting the contemporary, urban beauty of Zabeel Park.
The main tower in the project will take the shape of number 1, reflecting Dubai’s quest to be number one.
Sheikh Mohammed then viewed the model of Al Wasl Tower, which will rise on Sheikh Zayed Road and a model of the innovative Dubai Gate.
Sheikh Mohammed expressed his satisfaction with the projects, which will boost the economy and stimulate tourism.
