The Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, has announced partial rezoning in the Al Bidaa and Abu Hail areas.
The move is designed to allow landowners to make better use of the space by constructing multi-storey residential buildings and detached villas, and exploit the land in an economically viable way.
It is hoped to improve the aesthetic appearance and visual effect of the emirate.
