Sheikh Saud bin Saqr, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has ordered the release of 56 inmates, 21 of whom are Emiratis, serving terms in reformative and punitive institutions in the emirate.
The initiative aims to give released prisoners the chance to begin a new life and help their families.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud, Crown Prince of RAK and chairman of the judicial council, has directed that necessary measures be taken to implement the ruler’s order in coordination with RAK Police.
