DUBAI // A residential project for employees of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services has been approved in the Warsan 3 area at a cost of Dh128 million.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid, Minister of Finance, approved the project and Hussain Nasser Lootah, director general of Dubai Municipality, said it includes five apartment buildings, two buildings for family housing and three for individuals. The homes are for paramedics, administrators and drivers.
The family housing consists of 48 apartments and the individual housing has 284 rooms. The complex also boasts two swimming pools and two playgrounds.
This project is part of Dubai Municipality’s efforts to provide facilities for staff of government departments, Mr Lootah said.
There was no details on when the project will be delivered.
