The National Election Committee (NEC) this week held its ninth meeting to discuss the upcoming Federal National Council elections. The committee discussed public awareness sessions to be held prior to the elections and rules guiding conduct. The committee also reviewed the election process to ensure the highest standards of transparency and a media plan.
The meeting was chaired by Dr Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs.
