The Abu Dhabi Police Air Wing Department carried out nine operations in the last week, transporting hospital patients and victims of traffic accidents.
One of the operations included a 13-year-old boy being taken to Al Mafraq Hospital after he sustained injuries from a motorbike accident.
In two other missions, the air ambulance provided first aid and transferred the two residents to Khalifa Hospital in order to continue their treatment.
The helicopters also transferred victims of accidents in Sharjah to hospitals.
