Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, held talks with Mullah Mohammad Yaqoob, Afghanistan's acting Minister of Defence, on Tuesday.
The two men discussed areas of co-operation and issues of mutual interest during the meeting at Zabeel Palace in Dubai, state news agency Wam reported.
