125 projects worth Dh6.5 billion implemented by President’s Initiatives Committee

The projects implemented till the end of October 2014 included hospitals, dams, mosques and ports.

ABU DHABI // At the cost of Dh6.5 billion, 125 projects have been implemented so far by the President’s Initiatives Committee.

Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, deputy minister of presidential affairs and chairman of the committee, said the projects implemented till the end of October 2014 included seven hospitals, seven dams, three mosques, 35 road, three sewage and three electricity and water projects, and four ports.

The housing projects numbered 63 and constituted 50 percent of the total 125 projects, Mr Al Zaabi said.

Mr Al Zaabi announced this on Sunday at a Press conference held at the Presidential Palace.
