ABU DHABI // Allah has provided livelihood for all His creations, and there are things that people can do to win an increase in their share of that livelihood.
As a Quran verse says: “And there is not a beast in the Earth but the sustenance thereof dependeth on Allah. He knoweth its habitation and its repository. All is in a clear Record.”
Allah is the one responsible for livelihood and divides it amongst his creations. People should take the necessary measures to ensure a pleasant life and increased livelihood. These include spiritual aspects, such as piousness and good faith.
“If people believe in Allah and His prophet, obeyed Him and followed His commands, and avoided what He has prohibited, the gates of the heavens will open for them with blessings and descending rains, and the Earth will erupt with plants.”
As many Quranic verses and hadith by Prophet Mohammed say, charity is a way to ensure a blessed income increase.“Constant repenting and asking forgiveness and pardoning from Allah also brings an increase in livelihood,” the sermon says. “And I have said: Seek pardon of your Lord. Lo! He was ever Forgiving. He will let loose the sky for you in plenteous rain, And will help you with wealth and sons, and will assign unto you Gardens and will assign unto you rivers.”
