Parts of the country experienced mist formation this morning.
Those included Abu Dhabi City, its international and Al Bateen airports, Madinat Zayed in Al Dhafra, Al Ajban and Sweihan.
Mist also formed in Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Fujairah, Al Minhad in Dubai, Sharjah Airport, Al Dhaid in Sharjah.
In fact, a warning over the mass mist formation were issued by the National Center for Meteorology and Seismology 11 hours ago. People who wished to go out on outdoor activities were told to be on the lookout.
Skies are expected to clear up and fair weather is expected later today.
Clouds cover may develop over some areas, may become convective in the afternoon over eastern areas, causing rainfall. Winds will remain light to moderate over land and moderate to fresh over the sea.
Humidity is expected at night and early morning with more chances of fog and mist. Seafarers should be aware of rough conditions in the Arabian Gulf. Meanwhile, the Sea of Oman will be slight to moderate.

Pharaoh's curse
British aristocrat Lord Carnarvon, who funded the expedition to find the Tutankhamun tomb, died in a Cairo hotel four months after the crypt was opened.
He had been in poor health for many years after a car crash, and a mosquito bite made worse by a shaving cut led to blood poisoning and pneumonia.
Reports at the time said Lord Carnarvon suffered from “pain as the inflammation affected the nasal passages and eyes”.
Decades later, scientists contended he had died of aspergillosis after inhaling spores of the fungus aspergillus in the tomb, which can lie dormant for months. The fact several others who entered were also found dead withiin a short time led to the myth of the curse.

What is the definition of an SME?
SMEs in the UAE are defined by the number of employees, annual turnover and sector.
