Weather officials warned of dusty conditions on Friday along the UAE's Arabian Gulf coastline.
The National Center for Meteorology and seismology said horizontal visibility is less than 2,000 metres in Ras Al Khaimah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ruwais.
Poor visibility was specifically reported over Al Makotum International Airport at 2,000m, in Sweihan visibility was down to 2,500m and in Al Shawamekh the dusty weather brought visibility to under 2,000m.
The poor visibility is expected to continue until 8 pm this evening.
