UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi wake up to cool climes of 18C

After a pleasant morning, cloudy skies and humidity are on the radar today as an area of high pressure lies over the country.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi felt like 18C this morning while Sharjah and Ajman woke up to 16C.

Humidity may reach 85 percent in internal and coastal areas, leading to foggy and misty conditions, especially at night and in the early hours of the day.

Fog and mist has caused poor visibility in many parts of the country this week.

According to The National Centre for Meteorology coastal areas will see a temperature range of 12C to 27C, internal areas of 11C to 28C and 10C-20C in the mountains.

Winds may reach 35km/hr in coastal and mountainous areas and, 30km/hr in internal areas.

Moderate sea conditions are expected today.
