UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for sun and light winds carrying dust
Weather conditions in Dubai on Thursday will be sunny but with a moderate breeze which could pick up dust. Temperatures are due to hit 43°C in the afternoon, accompanied by moderate winds of up to 15 miles per hour.
The forecast for Abu Dhabi is a similar day of sun and a light north-westerly breeze, with temperatures also due to reach 43° in the afternoon. Winds are forecast to be lighter though, peaking at just 11 miles per hour.
Some haze and clouds may accompany the highest temperatures during the afternoon in both cities, and humidity will be greater in the morning hours and in the evening.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
