UAE weather: Cloud lingers as high pressure brings stable weather

A high pressure system will bring stable weather over the next few days across the UAE.

Abu Dhabi and Dubai should have a mix  of cloud and sunshine on Wednesday, while clear skies in the south will become cloudy by afternoon.

Abu Dhabi will reach a peak temperature of 40°C, while Dubai should reach 42°C on Wednesday, as will Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

Fujairah will reach highs of 36°C. Mountain areas will peak at 31°C.

Clouds will linger for the rest of the week into the start of Sunday. Temperatures should rise slightly and humidity remains high.

There could be a chance of Saturday morning fog and mist over coastal areas.
