Dewa to go paper bill-free by April 1

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority to use only e-bills from beginning of next month.

DUBAI // Dewa will no longer send out paper bills to customers from April 1, the electricity and water authority has announced.

The company is moving to a completely electronic billing system and is urging all its customers to sign up to the new GreenBill service via the Dewa smartphone app or through their website.
