Dubai electricity authority in search of service-improvement ideas

Customers being asked to offer their ideas via iPads at each of the authority’s service centres.

DUBAI // A campaign to encourage Dubai Electricity and Water Authority customers and staff to put forward creative ideas has been launched.

The “Find MyDEWAIdeas Station” campaign is taking place in all of Dewa’s centres and it is looking for ideas that would help to improve its services.

Participants use iPads to offer their ideas, which are then reviewed by Dewa officials.
