Dar Al Ber Society opens new branch for women in RAK



RAS AL KHAIMAH // The Dar Al Ber Society, as part of the the Ber Quran Memorisation Project, has opened a new branch for women.

A series of Quran memorisation courses, quizzes and a three-day exhibition has been held to mark the inauguration of the new centre located in the Al Dheith South area, said Moza Naseeb, general coordinator of the Ber Quran Memorisation Project for Females.

Ms Naseeb said an existing centre, located in the old RAK area, helped more than 350 new students of all ages and nationalities join the memorisation courses every year.

The centre has also helped 70 students memorise the Holy Quran in full.
