ABU DHABI // A man who sued Mawaqif over a Dh300 fine claiming he parked in a free zone has lost his case and been ordered to pay expenses.
The Lebanese man was seeking Dh3,000 in compensation for the inconvenience the ticket caused him.
The Administrative Court rejected his case because he did not provide evidence to support his claim.
