Despite being arguably one of the most photographed cities today, it's not often I see images that capture what I personally experience during an evening in Dubai.Jaime Puebla's picture of Dubai Marina at night, with a contrast of cool blues of the skyline and warm magentas with a slow shutter speed blurring the crowd in the foreground, transports me to that place perfectly.
