Dubai Police have announced that its canine unit took part in 1,222 missions during the first three months of the year.
Over the course of last year, the unit took part in 3,371 search missions, an increase from 3,166 in 2013.
Missions included attending crime scenes, searching for drugs, guarding, and locating bodies and missing persons.
