ABU DHABI // Abu Dhabi Media, the company that publishes The National, is hoping to attract new talent by participating in a recruitment fair for Emiratis.
Tawdheef, taking place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre until Wednesday, aims to give visitors a look at the jobs available across the country.
“We are keen to attract and recruit local talent,” said Nada Al Mansoori, human resources director at Abu Dhabi Media.
“Tawdheef serves as a hub for companies to find, recruit and develop Emirati talent. Employees are our most valuable asset, and we take pride in recruiting capable talent eager to work in the media industry.”
The Abu Dhabi Media stand is numbered 3B30 and located between hall 4 and 5 and will allow visitors to view the opportunities at all 18 of the company’s brands.
Abu Dhabi Media’s other brands include Al Ittihad newspaper, Zahrat Al Khaleej, National Geographic Al Arabiya, Emarat FM, Classic FM and Star FM.
The exhibition, which is exclusively for Emiratis, has attracted more than 100 companies.
Tawdheef is now in its eighth year and has more than 1,000 job vacancies available from companies across the country.
