How did Adenor Leonardo Bacchi, the new Brazilian coach of Al Wahda, become Tite? It is a nickname from Luiz Felipe Scolari, the World Cup winning coach for Brazil, that has become his alias and is now famous among the football fraternity around the world. "I was begning my club football at Caxias in 1978 and Scolari was the senior player and captain," explained Tite, when he was presented to the media after completing his one-year contract with the Pro League champions Wahda on Saturday. "He told the players I was Tite for this game. It was a code-name to keep the opposition in suspense. All my team mates continued to call me Tite, and to this date I am Tite to the football world."
