Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao takes The National Sport cover on Tuesday, March 31, after equalling Colombia’s scoring record in Abu Dhabi.
In their second international friendly in the Middle East this week, following a 6-0 victory in Bahrain on Friday, Colombia defeated Kuwait 3-1 at Zayed Sports City.
Falcao scored Colombia’s third from the penalty spot to move himself level on 24 goals with Arnoldo Iguaran.
Despite the milestone and the endeavour, Falcao still looked behind the pace, according to John McAuley.
Post-match, Falcao, who has struggled at United this season having amassed just four goals since his loan move from Monaco, insists he still "has faith" he can secure his long-term future at Old Trafford.
