Liverpool
Liverpool have signed Hoffenheim forward Roberto Firmino subject to a medical, the Premier League club have announced.
The 23-year-old Brazil international has agreed what Liverpool describe as “a long-term contract” and will undergo a medical once he completes his commitments at the Copa America.
Firmino has scored 47 goals in 151 appearances during his four and a half years in Germany and has scored four times in nine international caps, including Sunday’s Copa America winner against Venezuela.
Firmino is Liverpool’s fifth signing in a busy start to the transfer window, with more expected to follow as strikers Carlos Bacca and Salomon Rondon are understood to be targets.

Manager Brendan Rodgers is also keen to bring in another forward despite the arrival of England Under 21 international Danny Ings from Burnley and the £32.5 million (Dh188.1m) release clause of Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke is considered too high.
Therefore he has turned his attention to Bacca, the 28-year-old Colombian who scored 28 goals in La Liga last season, and Rondon, a Venezuela international who has 20 goals in 39 matches for Zenit.
The club believe both represent better value for money, with reported fees of £20m and £15m respectively.
Liverpool have already recruited Ings, Manchester City midfielder James Milner, Charlton Athletic defender Joe Gomez and Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Adam Bogdan.
And on Tuesday Wales U21 international goalkeeper Danny Ward signed a new long-term contract with the club.
The 22-year-old was promoted to the first-team bench towards the end of last season.
Swansea City
Swedish international goalkeeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt has signed for Premier League outfit Swansea City on a three-year deal from Dutch club Heerenveen, the Welsh club said on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old, who moved for an undisclosed fee, has five caps with Sweden and played three full seasons as first choice keeper with the Dutch club.
Lukasz Fabianski is Swansea’s first-choice keeper but with the departure of Gerhard Tremmel and David Cornell this summer they needed to bring in cover.
Manager Garry Monk has already brought in forward Andre Ayew and left-back Franck Tabanou as he seeks to build on last season’s highest Premier League finish of eighth.
In short: Roberto Firmino (Hoffenheim) to Liverpool: signed; Carlos Bacca (Sevilla) to Liverpool: soft rumour; Salomon Rondon (Zenit Saint Petersburg) to Liverpool: soft rumour; Kristoffer Nordfeldt (Heerenveen) to Swansea City: signed.
