Spain wins gold in tornado class

QINGDAO // Spain's Fernando Echavarri and Anton Paz of Spain have won the fast tornado catamaran class. The Australian pair of Darren Bundock and Glenn Ashby took silver and Argentina's Santiago Lange and Carlos Espinola win bronze. Echavarri and Paz were three points ahead of the Australians after 10 races before today's medal race, which counted double. They managed to stay ahead of Bundock and Ashby and win the gold with a fourth-place finish in the final.
