Saturday cover: Easy rider Mark Cavendish clinches Abu Dhabi Tour Stage 2



A victorious Mark Cavendish takes The National Sport front page on Saturday, October 22 after clinching Stage 2 of the Abu Dhabi Tour.

Cavendish, the brand ambassador for the Abu Dhabi Tour, edged Elia Viviani in a sprint finish to win the stage, and with it claim the overall lead.

The National's Osman Samiuddin was at the finish line and reports on Cavendish and his superstar status.
