Mo Farah, the double Olympic gold medal winner in the 5,000m and 10,000m at both the 2012 and 2016 Games, was one of the star name in attendance at the Sky News Arabia Legends Night at their headquarters in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday.

Farah was joined by football stars such as Luis Figo, the former Barcelona, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and Portugal winger, Roberto Carlos, Brazilian World Cup winners Roberto Carlos and Cafu, and former world champion boxer "Prince" Naseem Hamed.

Omar Al Fadhli and Reem Abdullah, the emerging young Emirati jiu-jitsu fighters, were presented with the "Legends of the Year" awards along with Emirati figure skater Zahra Lari and Raha Moharrak, the youngest Arab woman to conquer Mount Everest.

Other recipients included the UAE Special Olympics team and the UAE football team who qualified for the 1990 football World Cup.
