More than 100,000 people expected to attend 2015 Dubai Rugby Sevens

More than 100,000 people are expected to attend the Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens next month, organisers have announced.

Tickets for the Dubai Sevens went on sale a few weeks ago, and organisers have said they are seeing strong sales.

“The Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens is one of the biggest sporting events in the UAE calendar and we are delighted to see ticket sales going so well,” Donal Kilalea, Tournament Commercial and Operations Manager said.

“The entire weekend will be a great family outing with increased activities provided by both us and our sponsors and we also have the designated dnata family stand.

“In addition, we have brand new on-pitch entertainment from the Tennessee Cheerleaders and a huge range of food and beverage outlets, free parking for 12,000 cars and a free bus service to eleven destinations across Dubai in the evenings, so everyone can enjoy the party and get home safely.”
