Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid attends Day 4 of Royal Ascot along with Queen Elizabeth II - in pictures

The weather at Ascot Racecourse was far kinder to Sheikh Mohammed and the rest of the racegoers, including members of the British royal family, on Friday

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, was in attendance on a sunny day of racing at Royal Ascot on Friday.

The weather was far kinder to Sheikh Mohammed and the rest of the racegoers, with Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the British royal family enjoying the sunshine at Ascot Racecourse, west of London, after Thursday's downpours.

While Godolphin failed to win any of the six races, their was regional success as Daahyeh, riding in the silks of Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain, won the opening race, the Albany Stakes.
